VTG Ed Whitten Country Pine Dollhouse Hutch Cabinet 1:12 Mini Furniture 2 Piece

Vintage Country Pine dollhouse hutch by Ed Whitten of New England. This handcrafted wooden miniature is approximately 1:12 scale and comes in two separate sections: an upper shelving unit and a lower cabinet base. Ed Whitten Country Pine hutches are recognized as collectible vintage dollhouse furniture.  The upper section features three open display areas with scalloped trim and decorative curved sides. The lower section has two paneled cabinet doors with small brass-tone knobs. Both doors open to reveal divided interior storage.  Measures approximately 6 inches tall when assembled, 4½ inches wide, and about 1 inches deep.  Marked on the underside Country Pine by Ed Whitten, New England.  Preowned vintage condition with light scratches, finish variation, dust, and minor wear from age and display. A small gap or separation is visible along the upper rear edge of the lower cabinet. The doors open properly, and both pieces remain sturdy and displayable. Please review all photos closely for measurements and condition.
