Features an elegant cream and sky-blue border decorated with stylized white floral sprays, green foliage, scrolling gold accents and a richly gilded geometric rim. Sculpted pierced handles are finished in gold, giving the piece a particularly decorative Art Deco-era appearance. Marked on the underside with the green Noritake M-in-wreath / Made in Japan backstamp. The “M” represents Morimura, the family/company behind early Noritake. This Made-in-Japan form of the mark is associated with approximately 1921–1941 production. Good antique condition overall. There is visible age-related wear/scratching and some loss to the gold decoration, particularly around the handles and rim. Please review close-up photos for exact condition.
