For over a decade he has taught, trained, and worked with thousands of professionals in Global Fortune 500 companies and some of the world’s leading universities in the areas of leadership, wellbeing, innovation, and sustainability. His mission is to amplify the human skills necessary to navigate a rapidly changing world, and a new model of leadership that supports the sustainable wellbeing of individuals and teams. In 2020, Dr. Sakhaee developed the Awareness Acceptance Understanding Leadership Framework (AAUL) – an integration of Dr. Sakhaee’s research and experiences into a framework encompassing the paradigms of personal growth, development and leadership. The AAUL framework forms the foundations of IMA’s content today.
