Dr. Ehssan Sakhaee

Dr. Ehssan Sakhaee

Dr. Ehssan Sakhaee is a leadership educator and trainer, inventor, cartoonist, and writer. For over a decade he has taught, trained, and worked with thousands of professionals in Global Fortune 500 companies and some of the world's leading universities in the areas of leadership, wellbeing, innovation, and sustainability. His mission is to amplify the human skills necessary to navigate a rapidly changing world, and a new model of leadership that supports the sustainable wellbeing of individuals and teams. In 2020, Dr. Sakhaee developed the Awareness Acceptance Understanding Leadership Framework (AAUL) — an integration of Dr. Sakhaee's research and experiences into a framework encompassing the paradigms of personal growth, development and leadership. The AAUL framework forms the foundations of IMA's content today.

Kevin Lowe

Kevin B. Lowe is Professor in Leadership in the Business School at the University of Sydney. A recognized leader in the field of leadership, Kevin is on ten editorial boards including The Leadership Quarterly (Associate Editor), Journal of Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of International Business Studies, Journal of Leadership and Organizational Studies, Leadership, Journal of World Business, and Group and Organization Management.

Margaret Meloni

Margaret Meloni

Margaret Meloni, MBA, Ph.D. holds a doctorate in Buddhist Studies, and enjoys employing this to help leaders draw upon their compassionate side. She has run workshops and courses at several universities including UCLA Extension and UC Irvine and teaches in the area of leadership to project managers and leaders. Margaret is author of several books including ‘Sitting with Death: Buddhist Insights to Help You Face Your Fears and Live a Peaceful Life’.

John Gaskell

John Gaskell

John Gaskell is a chartered electrical engineer and had a forty-five year career in the electrical power industry before he took up the role of Director of the Electrical and Information Engineering Foundation in 2010. He was nominated by Engineers Australia among Australia's most influential engineers in 2009 and 2010. John served as the President and CEO of ABB Australia between 2002–2010, President, Energy Business, Rolls-Royce 2000–2002.

Ann Austin

Ann Austin

National Sustainability Manager, Lend Lease. Ann has worked with the Lendlease group since 1992 in a variety of sustainability, project and people management roles, including CEO of the Lend Lease Foundation and General Manager of Organisational Development for Bovis Lend Lease. She established Lend Lease's first suite of sustainability metrics in 2004 and headed sustainability for Lendlease Building for over a decade, before being appointed Head of Sustainability, Australia in 2021. She holds degrees in Architecture (Hons 1) from the University of Sydney and an executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW).

Jeremy Khoh

Jeremy Khoh

Jeremy specialises in creating high performing teams through Psychological Safety. He has coached and mentored business leaders at all levels and in every continent in the world (except for Antarctica). Jeremy also has a background as a Chartered Accountant, formerly at KPMG until 2015 and Financial Controller of Kelsen Group (Hong Kong) in 2018. He is passionate about using data and an evidence-based approach to elevate team performance and wellbeing, particularly in the midst of accelerating change, uncertainty and interdependence.
