Day 1: Tokyo to Gunma (5th November)
- Morning:Â Briefing in Tokyo, travel to Gunma
- Afternoon: Visit Rakusan-en Japanese Garden and meet world-renowned woodwork artist Kenji Suda at the Mokko-gei Gallery, learning about the principles of Wabi-Sabi and Zen.
- Evening:Â Fusion Japanese dinner and team building, hotel check-in
Day 2: Immersive Experiences in Gunma (6th November)
- Morning:Â Workshop on Universal Leadership at Takasaki Library
- Afternoon:Â Zazen meditation and Shojin ryori (Buddhist vegetarian cuisine) experience at Shorinzan Daruma Temple, focusing on Zen and mindfulness
- Evening:Â Daruma painting, symbolizing resilience and Kaizen (continuous improvement), and dinner at a local Izakaya
