We believe we need a new breed of leadership that take us to the next stage of human evolution. Leaders who are aligned with life, with nature and see all people and the planet as one unit rather than as separate. Leaders who care about all people and the planet and want to leave their legacy behind through redefining what it means to be a leader, helping to define what it means to be a Universal Leader – the type of leadership that the world needs to move us forward.
We are looking for leaders who are hungry to serve the people and the planet and are also looking for a community to support them.
Leaders who have reached the top of their game and are now interested in self-actualisation and transcendence.
Leaders who want to continue to align themselves with truth, with universal laws of nature and thus come into harmony with life.
Leaders who want to go beyond personal and organisational survival and deeply care about people and the environment.
Who is this not for:
- Leaders who are focused on profit and shareholders only
- Leaders who are still in “survival mindset”
- Leaders who don’t believe they need to care about people and the planet beyond their immediate organisation or group.
There is nothing inherently wrong with these leaders. We love and care for them too. We just are specifically looking for a certain breed of leaders who can support each other in the course of 12 months towards redefining a new kind of leadership – one that cares for the all creatures and the planet.
We want to make sure we bring along the right kind of leaders to this community because the culture within this community matters immensely. The leaders will be supporting each other towards self-actualisation and transcendence and thus not every leader may be aligned with this mindset and goal.
